WELCOME TO THE SANCTUM EXPERIENCE
"We're Building Better Men" by providing workshops, retreats, and ERG/DEI services for black men and men of color. Our programming is focused on Executive-Ready and Executive-Level professionals. The Sanctum provides much needed lateral and vertical networking opportunities; roadmaps to success in attendees' professional and personal lives; and a safe space to discuss and acclimate to shifting norms on race, gender, and identity.
Attendees can expect a transformational African American male retreat experience that will level up their personal and professional lives through programs focused on career navigation; relationship building; mental health; and so much more. Sponsoring organizations can expect higher morale; better diversity retention rates; and a stronger diversity pipeline through partnership with The Sanctum.
